Which channels can we configure?
Starter includes the website plus one eligible external connection. Agent Pro supports all messaging channels with one connected account per external channel. Growth supports all channels with up to three connected accounts per external channel. SMS, phone-number, WhatsApp, and applicable Meta usage charges are separate.
